RENTED!!!

Experience living in the round and living simply and sustainably! Very nice Pacific Yurts 30' model located on 100+ acres about a 25 min drive from downtown Eugene. Very peaceful and serene setting, combined woods and open meadow/fields. There are 6 cabins on the property, but they are located in such a way that each dwelling is private and quiet. Lots of space for a garden! The Yurt is approx. 750 sq ft, featuring gas oven/range, microwave, washer and dryer, on-demand propane hot water heater, and freestanding propane firelog gas heater. Floor plan is very open, and features a large walk-in closet, large bathroom with sink and vanity, shower stall, sleeping loft (will take queen-sized mattress) and composting toilet. Our Yurt is only 4 years old, as are all the kitchen cabinets, appliances, etc. The Yurt has a front door, back door, and a total of 6 (3 on ea. side) 5'x4' windows. Phone, DSL, and Direct TV are available. As much as we love furry animals, we're not able to take dogs (there are dogs here now on the property and they don't play well with others...) and due to fur allergies we can't allow indoor furry pets. An outdoor cat would be fine. Rent is $600 per month. First, last, and deposit required, References required. Will be available 9/15. Email with questions or to set up a time to see it.

That sounds awesome to me.  I will keep the info for reference.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
