I am in the thick of collecting season here in zone 5 upstate NY. I select all of our seed from trees with excellent genetics.
The list of available seed I will have this year includes: hybrid chestnuts, hazelnuts, osage orange, pawpaw, persimmon, black locust, korean nut pine, butternut, hackberry, honey locust, mulberry, juneberry, hickory, and hiccan, hardy apricot, and more.
I am taking orders now, and begin shipping in November. Seeds come with detailed instructions for storage, stratification, and germination.
