Hello Folks, I've been out collecting hybrid chestnuts every day. The harvest is just starting to peak now. I'm still taking orders for seed if anyone is interested, the seed nuts can be found on my website  Here
The trees I'm collecting seed from are highly productive, disease resistant, cold hardy hybrids of Japanese x Chinese x American. They've been growing on the edge of zone 4/5 in upstate NY and have made a nice crop every year for several decades in a row.
