hey folks,

I just joined a group that's helping out with designs and fixing up a couple of small tilapia ponds at a community for older folks in Nicaragua. there are all sorts of great ideas and solutions, but the plans need to be approved by an engineer. so, any engineers out there willing to volunteer some time? the group is in Portland, OR, but I don't think they're too picky about where help comes from. it's a student chapter of Engineers Without Borders, so there are plenty of smarts and good ideas there, just nobody with P.E. behind their name to keep everything on the up and up.
