Just an FYI: this forum software has a calendar. I activated it a few weeks ago. As you've been posting events I've been moving them into the calendar. There's a button at the bottom of every thread that makes it easy to push a thread into the calendar. And there is a button at the top of every page for quick access to the calendar.
