I don't know if anyone else has noticed but within the last weeks my lips have gotten chapped and my skin super dry.

I was addicted to Chapstick for a while and would rather not become dependent again. Does anyone know any good homeopathic remedies for helping your skin adjust to the changes in the weather?

Thanks!

I know whenever the weather changes, usually twice a year (spring and fall)  I have a break out.  Usually on my forehead but this year on the cheekbones.

Dry lips are an indication of dehydration.  Drink lots of water!  got dryness on the face, mix plain yogurt with a small amount of honey and apply to the face like a mask.  rince clean with water.

Missoula is an extremely dry climate so if you spend a lot of time outdoors, especially this fall/winter, your lips are going to get nailed.  My lips actually blistered up a tiny bit as the weather just changed a couple weeks ago because of the dryness.

I just try hard not to lick my lips much and that seems to prevent most of the problems.  I'm not a fan of chapstick but that Burts Bees stuff is excellent.
