Never made the time to share these mounds before. I made a compilation of some of the progress over the years -
unfortunately I didn't take pictures during the best of the growing season.

Two small beds (~2' high x ~5' wide) facing each other.
In them grows: Kale, Cayenne Peppers, Lettuce, Beets, Carrots, Stevia, Yarrow, Oregano, Pumpkins, Corn, Beans, Radishs, Tomatoes, random weeds which stay for erosion control & chop & drop.
In the middle usually sits a huge compost pile.
off to one side (on the ground) - grows Jerusalem Artichokes, and sometimes corn, beans & squash.
