eucalyptus is mildly to severely poisonous to most animals I know about, including pigs.
I am not sure about Ice plant however I have a few thoughts.
Not sure where you are from, but Ice Plant is something which grows in hot dry areas like SoCal. In general, Pigs are not the best creatures for that kind of climate. Pigs are much more forest and forest-edge creatures. They cannot regulate their body temps well.
I would look toward goats as a potential. But without more information I can;t be of help.
Bottom line, Guinea Hogs will not eat eucalyptus and probably would destroy the ice plants in short order even if they did not eat them.
