in general, look over the dietary guidelines of the Weston a price foundation, you will find great healing and body building food recommendations there, like consuming raw milk, cream, cheeses, butter, coconut oil, bone broth, liver and organ meats, sprouted grains, organic (or better) produce, traditional fats, and many other great suggestions to improve overall health. I try to keep my diet wapf style best I can, luckily I found a store that has all of the wapf style foods some of which can be difficult to find.

Low electrical current through the break will make it heal. I don't know much more than that about it. years ago my sister-in-law was shot in the leg and shattered the bone. After a year, with traction and other stuff it is still wasn't healing and the Dr finally fell back to some machine that put a weak electrical current through the break and bone healed quickly. Don't know much more than that. My father-in-law told me it's 1920's technology and fell out of favor for some reason. Still works, but out of favor. I think there are fads of the month, year and decade in the medical community just like everywhere else. Some things go in and out of fashion for random reasons.

You didn't ask if I was naked, you asked if I was decent. This is a decent, naked, tiny ad:
