If your permaculture dream is smaller and living in the wilderness is not your desire, This may just be the place for you! We lived there for many years quite economically before I inherited the farm. We have suffered with tenants not fulfilling there contract twice. The grape vines and gardens have suffered neglect but could be easily restored. There is a commons woodland to the west. Double lot to the south has house below view from house.
Lot to north is vacant, I used to own it and probably current owner would sell. Water and roads are part of community dues. Some pictures now and more details later.
