Howdy All-

We have been creating a small (4 lot) community based around an old farm in SE Portland. After years of dealing with the city and county, we are finally in a position to offer the original farmhouse for sale. This would include a 5000sqft lot and an equal share of the common land, which makes up a large portion of the 2.8 acre farm. More info can be found in the attached flyer.

      When I used to sell real estate the office paid for quite a bit of advertising on each listing but if the agent placed an ad and failed to include the price all costs were subtracted from his commission on other properties. The reason for this rule is because properties advertised without the inclusion of a price seldom sell and the calls generated from such ads are usually from unqualified buyers. The same goes for car ads or anything else you're trying to sell.
