I can't seem to figure out what is doing this to my black currants. I saw some spittle bugs but blasted them off with the hose. It's still happening though. Kinda looks like something is crimping the leaf stems. Only one is having this happen. The many others look healthy

put some fly tap on the stem and see what you catch.
