Hey,
I remember being shown a video about a impoverished place in china that was so over grazed it was a major factor in the dust storms and silt in the yellow river,
but they used permaculture techniques funded by the world bank that solved a lot of issues in 10 years.


NOW i cannot remember the name of the video, nor find any clues online to what it's called.

If you know, please relieve my search.
