Hey Permies,
I am reaching out for anyone interested in renting a house in the country surrounding the Charlottesville,VA area to homestead in. We are a couple in our mid-twenties, currently living in Esmont looking for a long-term rental to raise animals and grow vegetables/herbs. Our search has us leaning towards larger properties that have more space than we need and more expense that we can afford. We have some leads on some really great houses, so if anyone out there is:
A) Interested in homesteading/growing food/raising animals and wants to rent a room within our leased house.
B) Wants to live in the country but actually be around people and be able to afford the rent.
C) Is interested in sustainability but can't quite find the time to grow their own food themselves.
D) Are quite and just want a pet-friendly household to rent a room with people who respect independence and no-drama.

We are looking around the 1000-1500 range, so rent would be about half of that depending. PM us to start a conversation. Don't be shy!

I'm all tasted up for a BLT! This tiny ad wants a monte cristo!
