I haven't been to the conference but I LOVE my subscription to ACRES USA.  This may be the first magazine I've subscribed to that I thought truly warranted it's fee.

have to agree with you, though I have only had a subscription for a few months. made reservations to attend the conference. will see i learn anything or meet anyone.
