Hi,

I am brand new to this forum -- it was recommended to me for the posting of our two Southwestern Ohio farm homes for rent. Our 92 acre edge-of-Appalachia property is located one hour east of Cincinnati and 4 miles from the closest small, rural, traditional village. 60 acres of the property are already leased to a local farmer and in a soybean/corn rotation (non-organic). Please see below for details on the two houses.

FOR RENT, FIRST HOME:  Secluded, centennial farmhouse. Large yard with towering trees. Unique opportunity for the right family or couple. Very cute 2 story, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with deck. Central AC, fuel oil heat, well & cistern water to be paid by tenant. The entire home has been remodeled throughout with new carpet, paint, and HVAC. Newer bathroom and kitchen fixtures and cabinets. No indoor pets or smoking permitted. lawn care (3/4 acre) and mowing are the responsibility of tenant with the tenant’s own equipment. Ample, additional land for gardening and beekeeping, and stalls for small livestock possible. References required and background check to be performed.  First & last months’ rent + 1 month's security deposit. $750 per month. Ready for immediate occupancy.

FOR RENT, SECOND HOME: Also very secluded, located across the property out of sight from the first home. Large, over 3000 ft2 executive home built in 2004 with deck and porch. Five bedroom, three bathroom, plus office, large living room, spacious kitchen, dining room, pantry, and laundry room. High ceilings, large windows, and beautiful woodwork. Central AC, electric heat, county water to be paid by tenant. No indoor pets or smoking permitted. Lawn care and mowing (3.5 acres) are the responsibility of tenant with the tenant’s own equipment. Ample, additional land for gardening and beekeeping, and stalls for small livestock possible.  References required and background check to be performed.  First & last months’ rent + 1 month's security deposit. $1800 per month.  Ready for occupancy around September 1.

Is there any chance you have either of these properties for rent now?!

My first bit of advice is that if you are going to be a mime, you shouldn't talk. Even the tiny ad is nodding:
DIY solar dehydrator - have you built one?
