Looking for a farm partner

I recently inherited some farm lands in Taiwan.  Taiwan has no snow and has long growing seasons.  Organic vegetables are expensive on this small island.  I am looking for an experienced farmer to run my farms to grow organic fruits and vegetables with me.  Housing will be provided.  

I live in Taiwan! Where is this farmland?

I was enquiring more out of interest than anything else. If the land were closer to Taipei, I might have been able to find someone who would be interested to help or buy the land, but my work commitments make it impossible for me to be involved personally.

I'm in south Taiwan but the other side - Tainan.
For everyone out there, Forbes on 29th of August just published a world survey on best places for expats to live ... worst was Greece, best was ... Taiwan.
