Is there a website like wikipedia but for land and building design like a permaculture design manual & A pattern language meets on-line. Not just definitions of animals vegtables and minerals but there connecting relationships either positive or negative.  Volunteers from all across the world could come together to create a remarkable pool of human knowledge – all for the simple purpose of sharing and intergrating the planet permaculture people and technology.

No ads. No agenda. No strings attached. The improved guide to living on earth.

If there isn't  there will be soon there are so many forums and blogs on permaculture sooner or later someone will be able to piece it together just like Bill did , and give anyone who has access to the internet the ability to source  any information to set up a sustainable residence anywhere they choose.
Just putting it out there, had an idea and wanted to share it.
