I have the following and am looking for the right fit, another person with electrical/EMF/RF frequency type sensitivities would be great, as I wish to keep the place wi-fi free and it is currently pretty clean in that regard.

Also has room for parking an RV, essentially that could be used for additional space or a more distant bedroom set up... but there is no septic hook up for it and though there is summer water spigot, I shut that off in the winter.. so essentially would need to plan on sharing house bathroom (and kitchen?) unless you had other resources to dump RV holding tank on occasion. I plan to have hard wired  internet at the RV location soon too.

I recently acquired just under 5 acres of mini farm, in SE Oregon, just west of the Oregon/Idaho line, property has its own irrigation well yet the surface water keeps the trees watered once the roots are down about 6 feet, nice fertile soil : )... looking for like minded person to share it with.

A little about me, female, 57, I have no 2 legged kids, just horses.....I love to plan/build, bat ideas around, just need a buddy to share in the projects... looking for long term buddy for win-win situation, though I am not closed to the possibility, I have pretty much ditched the dating idea, now pretty much just looking for project buddy (male/female/Clydesdale  ...someone to share the place....and help taking it in the self sufficiency direction......

Seeking that compatible someone who is into experimenting with different building techniques, for the fun and accomplishment of it : ) ... someone who likes to plan and bat ideas around, then build it together... whether it be the add on pit greenhouse, building a rocket stove heater for the greenhouse....or house, or revamping the house or solid old barn, establishing a garden, planting some land into fruit, etc, etc, etc....someone who is into the joy of a shared remodeling project on the neat old stone house, (it is livable now, just that some rooms are not finished yet) ....updating the barn or planting or grazing the fields. Years ago it was a chicken/egg farm, an orchard, then a row crop farm, then pasturing large critters.

I have 2 horses that are my kids so a love of horses is helpful. I am into natural hoof care and have even thought of doing a small scale hoof rehab set up on site too, just ideas : )

I am friendly and sociable but also a bit of a homebody in a sense, I love some fun trips but want home to be my haven with all the special little personalizations that make a place home : ) I prefer peaceful and am not into loud, boisterous and noisy boom box type stuff..I like a peaceful home. I love to read and play board games, cards, talk, plan, etc... the simple things are what bring pleasure to my world.

I am not particularly fond of indoor pets, prefer respectful, quiet, non party or drug types...and please, no smoking...

If you think you might be a good fit, please get in touch ...and we can email each other with more info : )

Thanks, DD
