Lovely undeveloped 37 acres with road access, mixed meadow/forest with small stream, in beautiful Northern Maine. Permaculture neighbors looking to build community right next door, one east and one west of this lot. Wonderful people, dedicated permies, dedicated to community. Priced to sell but I want to sell to Permies! Town building codes very flexible, you can build virtually any type of home you want (town is happy to have new residents/taxpayers of any kind). Road frontage, 3 miles from small town, 15 miles from very nice college town, but this land is on a dead-end road, with only 1 paved road between here and the Canadian border hundreds of miles to the west.  My homestead since 1985 is less than 1 mile away, so you know this is an honest deal, I'm trying to bring young people into our community and the 2 young permaculture homesteaders who have come in the last 2 years are hoping for another committed person/family.  I will consider selling to any permies, BUT, if you are an FNP looking to homestead and willing to become part of an independent family health center, you get a discount!
