Hey Permies,

I'm seeking 1600 square feet of land to build earthen home and highly productive organic hydroponic garden.
Home can grow 2000 plants year round and house 1-2 people.
Goal is to install self-sufficient living space to be managed by 1-2 people.
Estimated 2k/month in food sales.
Can offer workshop to share technology.

Need access to water. flat land, good sun.
Looking for part time job while building. materials will cost around 10k.
Land can be anywhere, near small town is preferable.

I am impressed! I am going to completely enjoy meeting with you! At this moment...my water harvesting is a blank canvas!

Not sure if the property we have is what you are looking for...you will have to see for yourself. I will say there is 7.5 acres of terribly degraded land in Fairmount on Hwy. 411 (NE corner of Bartow county) that is crying for some help! It is a very eclectic piece of property! In the 10 years we have owned it...I have never seen it go dry. Water year round on the surface...my imagination goes crazy when I start trying to heal that property! Even during the drought...water running. I have so much to learn!

I wasn't selected to go to mars. This tiny ad got in ahead of me:
