Hi everyone,

With a background of 10years working with establishing an eco-village and farming in a permacultural way, we finally got a land in sub-tropical Tenerife (last march 2016), near the ocean (and natural pools), bus station, all kinds of services, cultural life (30min by car, as well as university and airport) and we are actively looking for co-owners as the project is way too big for us.

Being co-owner means that you would get a % of the land (10-50%), a private area (600-800m2), a shared resident area (1200-1500m2), a big shared space to start sustainable businesses (5000m2) for 30k€-90k€.

Please visit www.serenelightgardens.org for more information, and fb page serene light gardens bajamar for pictures.

Many times we couldn't start a big project for the lack of involved people and finances. Now we do have the land but the responsibility and the amount of things to take care of is way too much for us.
If we can't find co-owners, we would also be open to resell the land  (250k€) or exchange it for something smaller with already existing infrastructure.

Things that have been done on the land:
-Putting all papers right (cadastre number, m2, registry)
-Fencing and Gate (with license)
-Earthwork mainly to have more planting area
-preparing platform and putting up container as storage room
-using container to set up a roof on one side for outside kitchen
-installing basic kitchen and putting in a stone floor.
-bringing in manure and starting veggie garden and wind breakers
-getting 50 trucks of pruning remaining for enhancing the soil
-several collaborative days

We already have:
-all kinds of gardening tools
-gas motor for power tools
-all kinds of power tools for carpentry etc....  good quality and plenty of them
-enough screws and other material to build several houses

In construction:
-simple hut for basic accommodation
-shower with glass bottles
-getting another container
-10m2 stone house

For some reason I can't attach pictures.
Please check both links we gave or contact us through the email: yasmichsol@gmail.com

Thank you

Sounds fishy. It smells fishy too. You say it's a tiny ad, but ...
