We have an eco friendly bed and breakfast in North Georgia that we are converting to a permaculture demonstration site. We have already added a significant number of swales, use composting, composting toilets, humanure/urine usage on gardens, adding fruit trees/berry bushes/edible landscape, sheet mulching gardens and more. Have a passive solar design inn. Plan to offer workshops on the property. Guests can currently stay at the inn.
