Nice looking program.  How long has it been in operation?  It reminds me a lot of the community garden that I am affiliated with here in the bay area though far less 'urban'.  You can check it out if you'd like, but the site is old, outdated and many of the pictures do not expand or are broken.  It seems that we are better gardeners than we are website designers/up-keepers, but it gives you a good idea of what we are about and shows the beginning stages of its life.  I will upload some recent pics when I have the chance, it has been in operation for 7 years now.
