That is a pretty cool looking catalog. I wonder how many of those blade styles are still being made? Is the company still in business or has it "changed hands" as it were?
To the best of my knowledge, scythes are no longer being manufactured in France. Factories remain active in Russia, Austria (at least two, possibly more), Italy, Slovenia, Turkey, Iran, and Brazil. I think there may be a place in Spain making them still, but it's unclear if they're just sourcing them from Italy or Austria (and it's more likely that this is the case.)
