Our housemate is getting ready to move out.  The room will be available in September, or later for the right person.  We have 1 room open for rent for 1 person. We will also have a much larger master suite available in April or May.  Please contact me if you are interested, we can talk about timing.

12'x12' room with additional large closet, carpeted.  Shared bathroom (with 2 women).  Rent is $500 +util.  The property is on 1 acre, with raised beds and a nacent food forest.  You can have room for your own projects, and are expected to help with collectively set house goals (examples:  maintaining the chickens, occasional building projects, watering)

Housemates are currently 2 women and 1 man. We are all active, engaged, social people. We enjoy a clean house that is simple but with with little luxuries. We are developing the land to have a garden, compost, chickens. All ages and genders would work for us, but we'd really love someone who has experience with and enjoys living with others. Month-to-month but we want someone who plans to stay a while.

The house is on an amazing piece of land with huge trees, lots of outdoor space and a creek. We are on Ballinger but set back from the street so the noise is dampened, and we have double paned windows for noise and energy efficiency. Inside the house there is a large kitchen with skylights, lots of cabinets and a large living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a gas range. You get one parking space.

Dealbreakers: No smoking, pot or drugs. You must be thoughtful about noise and guests, especially during agreed-upon quiet hours. Anything you burn is a no-go. This is a low to none chemicals and perfume house, and we use natural cleaning products. No cats, dogs or large aquariums.

You must have a stable income and be able to afford the move-in cost of first+last+$300 deposit before move-in.

Buses 308, 331, 342 run by our house. 3/4 mile to Bothell Road, (buses 308, 309, 312, 372 to UW, 522 express), the Burke-Gilman trail and third place books. 0.9 mile from I-5. 4.5 miles to Bastyr, 6 miles to UW Bothell.
