We recently purchased a 1833 Grain Mill, built in 1833 and still intact, it spans a creek but we have no use for the building. Does anyone have a clue who might be interested in the building? This place is a wonderful walk back into history, I hate to see it lost so we bought it and fixed the roof, but now we have no use for the building. It is Located in Western NY in the Town of Cold Springs.
What a prize. We'd love to have it as part of our (non-profit, free admission) museum. We've moved 41 buildings here so far, including a barn from 1799 and a Post Office built in 1825. But, alas, moving your mill is a bit beyond our ability to move just now. If you ever get it loaded up on a trailer though, bring her on over to Ohio. Good luck. www.ohiofarmmuseum.com
