We have a working off grid 40 acer homestead in NE WA surrounded by national forest land with awesome views of the Columbia River valley. We already have power and water systems capable of supporting sevral people and animals, we have goats, pigs, chickens, ducks and a market garden in place and producing now. We're planning to expand the homestead to ues our full 40 acers over the next 2 years. This expansion is going to involve a little of everything related to off grid living and homesteading, projects like hydro and wind power, installing miles of swells for planting, building a new barn and 10 acers of rotational grazing paddocks, a millon gallons of water storage in sevral ponds, there will be lots of grafting and work in the hoop house, and plenty of animal husbandry.
This is a huge job and we need your help. So we're offering free space and a share of all the harvests we take in while your here on our homestead in trade for help with the above and many more projects. The entire property is off grid but you can tie into our power and water systems and there's a full kitchen bathroom and laundry on site. You will have to provide your own shelter such as an RV, camper van or, urt. On site building of small structures is also possible. We welcome your pets, kids, and livestock and don't have alot of annoying rules and regulations you might find at other labor trade offers. This is going to be alot of work but it's also going to be a great hands on learning experience for anyone wanting to learn permaculture design and implementation, off grid living strategies, or the financial side of getting a small farm profitable in today's markets.
Long term we would love to see people get started here on our land and move onto their own near by homestead property allowing us to start our own homestead sharing network for the more expensive tools things like equipment, tractors, tools and farm implements like bailers and harvesters.
For more information please contact us via this sites messager or text any questions to 850-573-8989
Thanks for reading, and happy homesteading to you all......

I am interested , I am a jack of all trades , have been thinking about off grid living , and sustainable eco friendly farming .

I don't come with much , two amazing dogs , a car , and lots of art supplies and games .

I am 41 , 19 years sober , and looking for more than the cycle I have been in. I sold both my tattoo shops 4 years ago , and decided to destress my life .
