Looking for homestead partners in Maine

Single male, 40's, looking for homesteading partners at my small property in Maine. Nice quiet location in the southern half of the state. Would like to start a small intentional community. I'm open to a relationship with a female but mostly looking for male or female like minded homesteaders to partner with.

I lived up in Island Falls this summer at the Sewall House Yoga retreat and traveled down to Rockland for a few days and loved it!
I have experience in running a yoga bnb and am starting on homesteading and permaculture, my experience in these areas inside and out is pretty
thin but I'm willing to learn and actually want to go live for a while at some communities like Paul's Wheaten labs to learn.

I'm a young 59, turning the big 6 this year and feeling lucky and loving all of my maturity. I'm into creating a place to
build my cob home and enjoy the lovely energy of Maine.
