Natural building internship in SW Washington

If you have interest in learning some natural building techniques and are in the see Washington area this summer and fall, let us know! We are looking for an intern to help us get the house livable by the cold and rainy times. We are building a 160 square foot round house with all material materials from our land. Everything has been hand harvested except for the windows and pool liner for the roof. We are doing cordwood walls next, which involves making cob, and then we will be putting on many layers of the living roof. We will be doing lots of plastering and collecting of materials from the land over the next couple weeks.

We will provide meals and a camp spot and lots of fun knowledge in exchange for your help! We have creeks to swim in and 20 acres to relax within. Let us know. We're a fun scene.

How fun! I am planning a cordwood with cob cottage myself next summer! I suggest you post your offer on the Facebook page of Lewis County Permaculture Society. Our group is close to you and I know there are some natural building fans in it. Keep me posted on your progress - with my full time job, I'm only available Tue/Wed, but would like to help out occasionally.
