Aromatherapy for Colds and Flu
Aromatherapy is the practice of using therapeutic grade essential oils extracted from plants acting as an alternative medicine to support the body. Learn the ways that you can use aromatherapy to help boost the immune system and which germ fighting oils are essential for colds and flu. Herbalist, Sarah Holden will discuss cold and flu fighting methods using essential oils and will go over several recipes. Each participant will receive a copy of the recipes and take home an (optional) immunity blend.
