I talk with people regularly that are offering a permaculture design course and are looking for ways to get the word out.  I think it would be good to build a comprehensive thread and I can then direct folks to this thread.

Of course, here on permies, we have a regional section for that sort of thing.

There is also the permaculture mailing list managed by lawrence london.

There is permaculture magazine.

And permaculture activist magazine.

Surely there are many more places?
