I have seen and cooked both white and red aubergines ( aka egg plants ) but have found growing them difficult and lots of effort little fruit however someone else was raving about Korean red aubergines. anyone tried them ? are they as tender as the black and red ones and how are they for taste? for example https://www.planetnatural.com/product/eggplant-korean-red/ ( I know they are not organic and would welcome any suggestions where to get some in EU)
