I added stuff about the facebook fan page, the podcasts, some new wording for old pages, and tried to make things clear about how I am happy to help everybody one at a time, for free (as long as they do it in a way that helps others at the same time). And for those that insist that I help them one-on-one privately, I set a price tag so I can use that money to help others.
