Since we are all fairly close and can use the post to get anything anywhere here within a few days surely we could get a little swap shop set up?
Eg if I have sourdough starter and I want some ramson seeds or kefir grains and you have what I want then we could swap (perhaps paying the postage on whatever it is that you want if one is significantly heavier than the other?)
Thoughts?
