Do herbal supplements interact with asthma or birth control medications?

Hi I'm wondering of astragulas root powder, ginseng, jiagolin, or bioprine black pepper extract can interact with asthma medications like asmanex or birth control. I have been taking these herbs for a week and have itchy bumps on my body so I'm thinking it could be an allergic reaction.

I don't know, but maybe try eliminating the herbs until the rash goes away, and then introducing them one at a time to see which caused the rash?
