So I know a few people who have done the vegan raw diet. I also worked for a place that catered vegan raw food. It is simply amazing what a diet like that can do. Yet I would also not do it myself unless it was for the better of myself. Meats and fats are important in a diet, although not vital. Everyones chemistry is different. Like my grandpa always says, "in moderation"

A few folks have type 1 and 2 diabetes. If you have not seen this documentary please check it out. It is amazing.
