Hi everyone i'm ftom the Philippines and i have just started growing blueberries. I have at the moment three varieties of blueberries, the latest i have acquired is the blueberry burst. After a few weeks it gradually showed signs of browning and deforming of its leaves. Can anyone help me identify what disease it could be and what treatment i could use for the plant. Thanks!

The picture provides a nice clue as all the brown and deformed growth is the new young growth, and all the older leaves appear normal, which leads me to believe the plant may be suffering from fertilizer burn. I'm no blueberry expert but I don't think it's suffering from disease.
