Hi everyone
I want to graft prunus carasifera and wanted to know if I can use any plums rootstock (black european plum)?
It is going to be my first graft ever.
I live in Balkans and they grow beautifuly here. Their blossom and their red leafs are a sight to behold. I want to start my small backyard nursery and would love to have 100 grafted Prunus cerasifera for next spring. I plan to buy what is considered a normal plum here as a rootstock and take some scions from a beautiful individual in my garden.
Thanks people
