For sale is 5 acres located in the rolling hills and pastures and fields of Missouri. The land is part of a 76 acre community land trust which is composed of 6 other homesteads. The farm buildings include a 3 season light clay straw cabin with an attached greenhouse, an outdoor kitchen, a chicken coop, a root cellar, a pole barn, an outhouse, and a garden shed. The land hosts almost 1/4 acre in established garden space, 1/2 acre orchard, various other fruit shrubs and trees, a 1/2 acre pond and almost an acre of space that could be used as pasture, and nearly an acre of mature hardwoods. If interested please visit
Also, if anyone has other suggestions for places to list my land I would be happy to hear about them. Thanks.

Has your homestead sold? Please let me know if your homestead is still available. Thank you.
