Small is Successful - Profitable Smallholdings

I just found and read a report on the profitability of eight smallholdings (10 acres or less) in the UK. While a lot of the business concepts discussed are fairly commonplace, and the methods used aren't necessarily permacultural, I still found it an interesting read.
