Help! Looking for farm work in N. VA

A good friend of mine and I are currently employed at a farm in Northern Virginia.  Without getting too much into it, both of us have serious issues with the management and environmental practices at our current place of employment.  We are looking for new opportunities with ecologically-focused farming or gardening operations in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area.  We are both Permaculture Design Course graduates, and have experience in horticulture, gardening, forestry, and landscape design.  If anyone has any suggestions as to where we might look for employment, please shoot me an email at jstorvick (at) gmail dot com.
