I am looking for someone in the sacramento Valley (I live near Davis) who can advise on transitioning my property from regular farming into chemical free farming (heirloom vegetables) and grass fed livestock (something like Joel Salatin does)  My property is currently leased out but I am taking it back from the farmer and restoring it.
