I saw this on kickstarter today.


It's a nifty idea for a portable plastic recycling centre in a shipping container.  

It definitely fulfils a need, although of course, the better way would be not to have so much plastic in our environment.  But you know, this fills a need in our current society.  It puts plastic recycling into the hands of the people.  Very neat idea.  

The plans for the centre will be open source so anyone can build one.  nice.

This is definitely the need of the hour. If we all aware of how desperately we need plastic recycling and have the easy resources within our reach, we can reduce plastic pollution and help in conservation of the environment.
