Your involvement helps to complete a circle of sustainability this orchard can provide for years to come.

Managing Property Next to a Greenbelt - Tracking Critters in the Urban Garden -- 07/16/2011
Animal trails are all around us and all it takes are careful eyes and a little practice to spot them. Come see how common species interact with their local environment, including our gardens and orchards.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/W5VGX6K The class is held in the LHO Rm 2 located at the North end of the South Seattle Community College campus near the Arboretum and the Chinese Garden. We meet at 10am and break about 12noon for a potluck social. Then please join us for a walk and work party through the orchard til about 2 or 3pm. Pete can guide us on some tracking tips "in the field," there may be some more plantings, a bit o' weed maintenance and harvesting!!
