This wonderful 1917 home has a large, fully privacy fenced back yard with custom designed raised beds made of milled cypress with 100% organic soil and compost and a large, secure walk-in chicken coop.  Also, the property boasts fruiting muscadine vines/trellis, and mature asparagus, blueberries, plum trees, blackberries and raspberries.  The full lot is landscaped with food or with Arkansas native landscaping from Pine Ridge Gardens in London, AR (the leading native plant nursery in Arkansas).  The home has a very high-efficiency HVAC system, dual pane windows, extra insulation with foil radiant barrier in attic, all plumbing and electric updated about 2010, Energy Star Tier 3 refrigerator and a lifetime roof.  Previous owners also had bee hives claiming to raise more than 90% of their food at home.

This sounds like a great property! How large of a lot is it on? Where is it located? What is the price? Thanks

519 East Eighth Street has an asking price for purchase of $202,500.  Renting for $1,225.00 with a minimum of one year lease.  The parcel/lot is 8,400 sq. ft. However, this square footage does not include the thousand or so sq. ft. behind the parcel which is used by the owner/tenant.  This small amount of land belongs to the city but the only access is to the owner/tenant of the home (and the city has not accessed that back property in over twenty years).  You may see more pictures and information at www.realtor.com by putting in the address in Little Rock, AR.

So, 519 East Eighth Street in Arkansas - where in Arkansas?

Can you link to a full listing, with more photos?

He is really smart. And a dolphin. It makes sense his invention would bring in thousands of fish.
