Best practice for combining herbs

I am new the forum and the herbal world overral (in terms of research).

For months I've taken the below herbs as tinctures and wanted to know what might be the best practice for taking them together. Oftentimes I take them all at once.

- Pine Pollen tincture (under tongue)
- Kudzu, Angelica, Milk Thistle, Artichoke, Dandelion tincture (under tongue)
- Graviola tincture (warm water)
- Chaga mushroom tincture (warm water)

Should I be separating these out?
