8,000 square metres of land with two wells, an interesting house, great cellars, excellent barns, mature fruit trees and a useful ruin. On the edge of a little village in northern Bulgaria surrounded by flower meadows, common grazing land and forests. Lovely people in the village would welcome more residents. £21,000

Looks like it's in Northern Bulgaria. It's beautiful, but way too much house for me.

Hello permies
That looks nice but seems expensive to me i live in south hungary and i can get 1 hectare for 1000 euro +-
i don't realy understand are you stil looking to buy a farm or are you looking for people to join your farm ?
I bought my farm for 10 000 euro 2.5 hectare they call that foriner prices
if you buy it direct from the former owner it is almost half the price it would of been nice if someone told me this 3 years ago !
the nice thing where i live is if i ever get a ecovillage started everything around me is for sale so expanding is no problem
to me it seems like everybody has there own little farm and now is looking for people to share the dream only everybody already has a farm
am i wrong ?
I wanted to show a picture of the mentioned farm but i tryed 3 times and i can't upload anything
Good luck lorri
