(I'm posting this in Zero Waste because I'm not sure that we have a board for minimalism, proper)
I was watching the video in the above link, where a so-called "extreme" minimalist has reduced his property to 50 things! Looking around here, I have to be honest, I'm under 100; but 50 is a whole new level...
How little is too little for the sake of sustainability?
Fortunately, for some of us minimalists, the military does effectively teach one to get down to essentials!

Nice goal.  50 probably more, the house, the doors, the electricity.
