Using tall bottles to preserve hot sauce, how to seal them?

Hi, I found you guys from your canning video on Youtube. I want to make some homemade hot sauce and put it into taller bottles, how does one properly seal these types of bottles? I know some come with their own caps with seals but I think it might be difficult to use them in a traditional canning situation. Thank you for your help!
